| Discounts: |
There
is a concessionary rate of £6 per ticket for ages 18 or under
at all theatre performances. This replaces all previous concessionary
rates. |
|
| Special Rates: |
These are available for school parties and group bookings - please contact
the box office for details. |
|
| Bad Weather: |
During
the summer season, apart from the Jazz Picnics, all events will take
place in the new Summer Tent whatever the weather. |
|
| Picnics: |
Picnics can be taken into designated areas in the Priory gardens from 6pm on Summer Tent events
and from 11:30am on Jazz Sundays. The gardens will be closed and locked
at 11:00pm each evening and at 3:30pm on Jazz Sundays. |
|
| No dogs are allowed
in the gardens or Barn Courtyard. |
|
| Parking: |
At all
summer events parking space is available in front of the Great Barn.
There is a limited number of parking spaces in the Barn courtyard for
disabled driver badge holders. All parking is at the car owners’ risk. |
|
| Selling On: |
Once purchased,
unwanted tickets may be returned to the box office either on the night
or before. These will only be resold once all other tickets for that
performance are sold out and monies will be reimbursed to the original
purchaser in accordance with the value of the resale.A handling charge
of 10% per ticket will be levied on all such transactions. |

| Standby Tickets: |
These
may be available 30 minutes prior to each performance. However, performances
are usually oversubscribed and patrons are advised to book early. |
|
| Seating: |
All seats
are reserved and numbered and allocated according to (1) order of purchase
and (2) size of party. Please refer to the number on the ticket stub
to locate your seat. |
|
| Admission Studio events: |
The studio
will be open at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each event. Please
use River Studios' car park. Late comers may not be admitted. |
|
| Admission Summer Events: |
Please
note that, to avoid disturbance to other members of the audience, the
organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to late-comers until a
suitable break in the action. |

| Disabled Facilities: |
Both venues have parking spaces for disabled people, level access throughout, and wheelchair accessible lavatories.
Hearing loop in operation.
Guide-dogs welcome. |
